Designed for potential customer; In this session, we walk you through the core features for the Donor Management Suite: online donation integration, customized Salesforce template, and email marketing integration.






Preparing for a Donor Management Suite Implementation
This session designed for potential donor management suite customers who have questions about a database conversion/implementation for their organization. We will define the difference between a conversion and an implementation, review success factors for your conversion/implementation, explore myths/facts about database conversions/implementations, describe the five stages of a database implementation and discuss how to determine if you need a consultant for your conversion/implementation.

New Customer Orientation
For Donor Management Suite customers with new accounts: As we complete your integration, this class will introduce you to the practical side of using the Donor Management Suite. We help you navigate through the My Account area, Salesforce Setup, Custom DonateNow and Vertical Response activation. We'll share helpful resources on how the integration works and maximizing the use of the Donor Management Suite.





Maintain Your Contacts
In this course you will learn how to utilize the various shortcuts Salesforce offers to ensure that you are able to keep your Contacts current. This includes an overview of Enhanced Lists and the Mass Stay-In-Touch functionality.

Email Strategy
In this session, we will focus on two methods of sending out electronic mailings using the Donor Management Suite. We will show you how to upload documents, create a campaign, design email templates and run reports. We will show you the techniques for sending mass mailings through Salesforce and Vertical Response.
