Here are 7 easy steps to receiving your 30 Days of Service On Us reward*:

  1. Go to Groundspring's online application (www.groundspring.org/apply).
  2. Enter your organization's information on the Contact Information page and click the Continue button. (If your organization is Fiscally Sponsored, complete the Fiscal Sponsor Information page as well and click the Continue Button.)
  3. When you arrive at the Program Information page, enter your budget and program information. Be sure to enter the Referring Organization's Name in the appropriate field, and use Referral Code Refer30. Click the 'Continue' button.

  4. On the Services page, select your service(s), enter Refer30 in the Discount Code field and click the 'Continue' button.

  5. Review the Service Contract and click the 'I Accept' button.
  6. Enter your Billing Information and click the 'Continue' button.
  7. Review your application information and click 'Continue' to submit your Service application to Groundspring.
