We believe that we can best assist the non-profit sector in raising funds and communicating with their stakeholders online by inspiring trust and confidence among online donors who support organizations through Groundspring.org.

As part of the effort to build donor trust, Groundspring.org strives to achieve a high level of commitment to philanthropic standards and practices. We ask that our client organizations adhere to the following Standards of Nonprofit Practice, reflecting our shared commitment.

Organizations who participate in Groundspring.org online giving and communications programs agree to operate according to the following standards:

• Programmatic work meets the scope of the Groundspring.org vision statement.
• Organization has sound financial management practices and produces regular financial statements.
• Commitment to honest and open representation of work to Groundspring.org and others.
• Makes good faith efforts to be accountable to constituency and clientele.
• Dedication to ethical practices internally and externally.
• Makes good faith efforts to respond to donor inquiries.
• Conducts regular Board meetings.
• Maintains 501(c)(3) status.

Failure to adhere to these standards can result in a termination of the relationship between Groundspring.org and any recipient organization.
